Drew delivered a load of topsoil on time and put it just where I requested, very pleasant guy, dirt was of good quality. Will definitely use them again.
This is the third time they have messed up on dumping rock on our road. The first time they dumped all the rock in one spot on the road making a large hill in the middle of the road blocking access. I suppose we should have been specific that time. The second time the driver had problems dumping the load but it was not nearly as bad as the first. This time they dumped it as smooth and nice as can be however they dumped it on the wrong part of the road. We were very specified on where we wanted the rock but apparently they didn't communicate that well to the driver. After calling to work the situation out we find they are not willing to fix their mistake. They said we needed rock there anyways but who are they to tell us that. That spot is not where we NEEDED the rock. We have a bad steep hill that desperately needs to be rocked for the winter. It is a shame because it is easier to keep a loyal customer then to get new one!
